1. Description of the service

Celestibly provides free zodiac content — including sign overviews, daily fortunes, lucky numbers, and wellness reads — playable instantly with no download or account required. Certain content unlocks after you choose to watch a rewarded ad. All content is generated in your browser and is for entertainment purposes only.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Site at a scale or frequency that degrades service for other users
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Site
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation, including through malware, denial-of-service activity, or unauthorized access attempts, or any attempt to circumvent the Site's ad-supported content unlocks
• Misrepresent your affiliation with Celestibly or the Site

3. Intellectual property

The Site's design, text, and content are owned by Buyside Ventures Inc. or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial use, but you may not copy, republish, or redistribute substantial portions of the Site without our prior written permission.

Zodiac fortunes, lucky numbers, compatibility notes, and wellness reads on the Site are intended for entertainment only. They are not scientific, medical, financial, or professional advice of any kind, and should not be relied on as a substitute for guidance from a qualified doctor, therapist, financial advisor, or other professional.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

6. Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Site is limited to $100 CAD.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in British Columbia, Canada.
